Near the entrance of Baskar Village, to the left-side, you'll find a weapon and armor dealer that's not having much success selling to the pacifist Baskarians. You should try your best to upgrade the trio's equipment, but if you don't have the Gella, it can wait until after the next dungeon, or you can fight outside on the world map for a bit. Like all Cecilia's equipment, you can use her Mystic Force on the Prism Stick weapon to cast the Field spell, which randomly cuts an element's damage to the party in half, and the Magus Robe that will cast Suction, which has the same effect as Cecilia's Holy Parasol accessory.
Make your way northwest from the salesman, past the first field, and you can find a Crest Graph inside a lone barrel next to a teepee. Unfortunately, there is no magic guild here, so binding on our new Crests will have to wait, for now.
In the left-most house from the Crest Graph, you can pocket 800 Gella from a barrel.
Continue northeast, passing three teepees, and there's an Agile Apple in a barrel next to the third one.
Flip over to the other side of the nearby house and smash the crates to find a Magic Carrot.
In the lower-right-hand corner of the village, search the barrels beside the house for another Heal Berry.
Then, on the opposite side of the house, near the firewood, there is 98 Gella to be had in a barrel.
Lastly, go to the center of the village, and take the Power Apple from the barrel near the Memory Bird.
Inside, you'll find the Baskar's village chief and can rest your party here for free. Speak with the chief and he will tell you of the danger presented to the Guardian statue in the Zenom Mountains. The demons are after three sacred Guardian statues that have sealed away pieces of their Mother's heart and must be protected at all costs. Before going to Mt. Zenom, he suggests going to the wind altar, to the north of the village, to meet with the Guardian Zephyr. Zephyr, however, will not appear before the party, so we'll have to give up for now and head for Mount Zenom to the northwest of the village. I highly recommend before making the trip that you pick up at least 10 of all the status effect restoring items; they will be numerous in the coming dungeon. For note, there are two new enemies outside on the world map, but they appear in Mount Zenom, as well, so you can bypass battles here unless you need the EXP or Gella.
It's going to be a long trek up Mount Zenom and there are some particular nasty creatures roaming around inside. The Shrieker can use its Shriek skill to inflict a myriad of status effects on the entire party, including: paralysis, confusion, and forgetfulness. While the Tiny Edge has low HP, it can instantly kill a character by using Fatal Blow. Just be vigilant and and try to take groups of them out quickly with Blast and Sonic Buster, but make sure to conserve MP for the coming boss, however, don't be afraid to cast Escape to return to Baskar Village to recover your MP.
In the first room, push the right-most statue in line with the one across from it to open the door. On the next floor, follow the linear path outside to the snow-covered cliffs.
There's a chest with a Heal Berry nearby, but just to the north, behind a tree is a semi-hidden treasure containing a Lucky Card. These are extremely useful for bosses: they double the amount of EXP and Gella you receive from the battle afterwards.
At the end of the path, you can pick up a Blue Circlet accessory. This will protect a character against the paralysis status effect, and you may consider it over one of your character's current accessories for this dungeon.
Through the next cave section, use Jack and his Lighter to burn away the grass to proceed until you are outside again.
Pass by the first entrance you see and climb the stairs to find a Secret Sign item. You can use these to decrease one of Jack's fast draw abilities by 1MP. I suggest saving these, for now. In fact, you'll need at least one of these in your inventory to acquire another fast draw later on in the game, so I would recommend you always have at least one on-hand.
Take the cave entrance before the stairs and look for the statues in the bottom-right corner. Push the left-most statue to the right to line up with the others to open the door to the north. Climbing the stairs, use Jack's Lighter to burn your way back to the outskirts of the mountain.
Directly south, use Hanpan to open the five exploding chests, each with a Heal Berry inside. Afterwards, boulders will come crashing down, which the party narrowly escapes. This will give Jack the inspiration for the Meteor Dive fast draw. Be sure to learn this one quickly; it's going to be his best one for quite a long time. Continue to the left, taking the Potion Berry from the chest, then back inside the mountain.
You'll begin to encounter the Devonova enemy around this portion of the mountain. It can be a dangerous enemy, so don't underestimate it. Use Jack's Psycho Crack to try to confuse it, with Cecilia casting Freeze, and Rudy using his Hand Cannon. If you get lucky, it may drop a Revive Fruit when you defeat it.
Continuing on, the next cave has more grass for Jack to burn, which underneath one of them is a switch to open the door to the next level.
Outside again, jump off the ledge to grab a Crest Graph inside the chest. You can either jump off the other ledge and backtrack to your original location or just use Cecilia's Pocket Watch. Whichever you decide, enter the cave on the right-side.
Another easy statue puzzle here. Like usual, push the statues on both sides of the room in line with the others to open the door. You'll find the Mystic Word accessory for Cecilia inside. At this point, you may consider trading the Holy Parasol for it and equipping the Earth Rune instead of Water; or leave the Water Rune for an even more Sorcery increase. From there, take the left-side cave and follow the linear path, passing a vital save point, into another cave with more statues. You know what to do: line them all up in the center of the room, with the top statue needing to be pushed south, to open the final door. To be safe, you should equip the Blue Circlet and Moon Stone for the upcoming boss.
You'll find the statue of the Guardian Denogenos at the peak. However, Belselk will show up and send a nasty down to fight you.
Not too bad. Use a Lucky Card and protect Cecilia with Shield as the Orga Widow only uses physical attacks. Have Jack use his, hopefully, newly-mastered Meteor Dive while Rudy fires his Hand Cannon and Cecilia casts Freeze, and if she still has it, she can summon with the Water Rune for huge damage. You only need to be wary of potential Poison and Paralysis status, otherwise. Belselk will have destroyed the statue of Denogenos during the battle and shattered the seal on the piece of Mother's heart within. You will receive the Summit Rune, which is basically an upgraded Earth Rune, and you can cast Escape to leave the dungeon. At this point, I switched the Holy Parasol for the Mystic Word and the Water Rune for the Summit Rune on Cecilia, if you are curious.
As you leave Mount Zenom, you'll see Mother beginning to partially awaken, and a green-haired guy will come into the room, who seems to be planning some shenanigans.
Return to Baskar Village and talk with the chief. He will encourage you to continue on to the next two seals and defend them, gifting you a Kizim Fire item to use at the Elw Pyramid to the northeast.
Inside the Elw Pyramid, there is a hidden staircase behind the waterfall on the left-side of the screen. Take the stairs and use the Kizim Fire on the furnace below to activate all the Elw Pyramids around the world. Return up the stairs and north to be thrown out into space, bounced off a satellite (?), and into a Pyramid in another land.
